4. Orders and Payment Terms

Order Process:

Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it. An order is only confirmed once you complete checkout and receive an order confirmation email.

Pricing:

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but changes will not affect confirmed orders.

Payment Methods:

Order Acceptance:

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to: product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud. If your order is canceled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We are delighted to serve customers worldwide, excluding Asia and select remote regions. Our shipping policy is designed for care and efficiency.

Processing & Methods:

• Order Processing: Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before shipment.
• Standard Shipping: A flat fee of $12.95 via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.

User Responsibilities for Delivery:

• You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
• For international orders, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
• Delivery times are estimates. AnnTaylor Shop is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other factors beyond our reasonable control.
• Risk of loss for products passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

• Return Window: Eligible items must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in original packaging.
• Process: You must initiate a return by emailing [email protected] within the 15-day window.
• Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of our error or defective items.
• International Returns: You are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, and must mark the package as “RETURNED GOODS” on customs forms.

Refunds:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days after our Returns Center processes your item. Please allow 5-10 additional business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AnnTaylor Shop and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the website or products.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your order, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the specific product(s) giving rise to the claim.
