- Standard Shipping (DHL or FedEx): A flat fee of $12.95 applies. Your order will be delivered within 10-15 business days after shipment.
- Free Shipping (EMS): Available on all orders over $50. Your order will be delivered within 15-25 business days after shipment.
You will receive a tracking notification via email once your order is on its way.
Please Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs processing. For international orders, any applicable customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be completely confident in your AnnTaylor Shop selections. If an item does not meet your expectations, our returns process is designed to be as straightforward and refined as our collections.
Policy Overview
- Return Window: Eligible items may be returned within 15 days of the date you receive your shipment.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt, packing slip, or order confirmation email is required.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
Final Sale Items
In line with our commitment to hygiene and quality, the following product categories are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Hair Accessories & Sunglasses
- Leggings, Tights & Socks
- Earrings (within the Jewelry category)
Additionally, any item marked as “Final Sale” on the product page or your receipt is not eligible for return.

Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging, if possible. Include the original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation inside the package.
We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as you are responsible for the items until they arrive at our returns center.

Refunds & Credits
- Processing Time: Please allow 3-5 business days for our returns center to process your package upon receipt.
- Refund Issuance: Once processed, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Bank Processing: Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been initiated.
Exchanges
For size or color exchanges, we will ship the replacement item once the original return is received and approved. Standard or free shipping charges (as per your original order) will apply to the new shipment. If the replacement item is of higher value, you will be invoiced for the difference.
International Returns
Customers returning items from outside the United States are responsible for:
- All return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or taxes.
- Clearly marking the package as “RETURNED GOODS” on the customs form to avoid additional charges.
We cannot be held responsible for packages lost or delayed in international transit.
