Our Return & Exchange Policy Overview

  • Return Window: You may return eligible items within 15 days of receiving your shipment.
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt, packing slip, or order confirmation email is required.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
Please Note: Based on our product categories and commitment to hygiene and quality, the following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:
  • Hair Accessories & Sunglasses (for hygiene reasons)
  • Leggings, Tights & Socks (for hygiene reasons)
  • Earrings (within the Jewelry category, for hygiene reasons)
  • Any item marked as “Final Sale” on the product page or receipt.

Step-by-Step Return or Exchange Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Request (Within 15 Days of Delivery)

In your email, please include the following information. You may use the template provided below for your convenience.

Step 2: Prepare Your Package

  • Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging, if possible, or a suitable box.
  • Include the original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation inside the package.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and insuring the package, as you are responsible for the items until they reach our returns center.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Refunds & Credits

Timeline:

  • Processing Time: Please allow 3-5 business days for our returns center to process your package upon receipt.
  • Refund Issuance: Once processed, your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Bank Processing: Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to be fully reflected in your account.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been initiated.

Exchanges:

For size or color exchanges, we will ship the replacement item once the original return is received and approved. Standard or free shipping charges (as per your original order) will apply to the new shipment. If the replacement item is of higher value, you will be invoiced for the difference.

International Returns

As we serve a global clientele (excluding Asia and select remote regions), customers returning items from outside the United States are responsible for:

  • All return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or taxes.
  • Clearly marking the package as “RETURNED GOODS” on the customs form to avoid additional charges.
  • We cannot be held responsible for packages lost or delayed in international transit.
